Running into a tree and fence while reading my map in an orienteering course.	Barky pine tree Falling onto the pine needles Hitting the side of the tree.
My Emotions	Annoyed at myself. Bit sore in the shoulder. Annoyed at losing my focus.
My Reactions	Talking to myself. (happens all the time) Picking myself up. Back to reading the map.
